The Article 370 was a veil all political establishments in the J&K used to encash and take the political dividend using referendum and Pakistan based terror camps with the support of ISI and its satellites; taken fund for running separatist agenda. Now, it seems to be waning slowly. Thanks to COVID-; and it has come to save the street from the opposition sponsored riots too.
90% of the Indian national and regional law and order problems are enticed by the sponsorship of the opposition to retain their political importance at the cost of the nation. For them, the national interest is less important than their political moto. They have been running this street play well scripted by the insiders for quite a long time. Each state has got its own wing of opportunists who entice the national unrest for their political interest.
- Now, the national conference, a family hot shop, has encashed Article 370 and separatism seems to have lost its track. Many political classes started exploring a new revival policy accepting the present reality. Kashmir as a union territory will have many erstwhile states of Jammu and Kashmir as two union territories, ‘Jammu and Kashmir’ and ‘Ladakh.
- The people in Ladakh started seeing the stream of development for the first time. But, with the help of Pakistan, maybe for the sake of Pakistan; recently China came to claim Ladakh without expecting that India will not budge this time, and won’t repeat the mistake in 1962
- How many days the war will continue none knows if it started. How many days the standoff will continue if it continues like this. But, now China started begging for a solution saving its superpower image which India doesn’t seem to have prepared to give. Giving up at this juncture is suicidal and there won’t be any more chance to accept any terms or give up any more piece of land. This should end.
The Ladakh issue is due to abrogation of Article 370. Pakistan requested China to move as the former doesn’t have enough manpower and capability to take India and force it to restore Article 370. The world will support India as they don’t like China as a nation and its belligerent nature.
The Political class in Kashmir has to re-define their goal of taking Kashmir from India to work as a state of Indian nation and its development. These political classes if not take active steps; then a new political formation may take shape.

Kashmir needs more investment and the development activities to be boosted. However the stone pelters and terrorists are still active in the valley. If the progress is visible Pakistan and separatism will vanish from the valley and the people slowly and steadily join the mainstream India to become a part of the nation.
So far using Kashmiri identity as a coin they encashed many years and the Kashmiris died either by riot, police firing or by the attack of the terrorists. Nonetheless, Pakistan is isolated and terror camps are being forced to close down. The world is with India to contain China and Pakistan will not get any support from the global community for the next ten years. By the time Kashmir will be properly cemented with India.
The Chinese logjam came as a blessing for India to show the Pakistan establishment that if India can deal with China, then POK can be taken over and Baluchistan can be released. Overall Kashmir is slowly merging with India completely and the appendix in India’s stomach got operated successfully.
The new agenda today is waiting for India to tackle is the development of Kashmir and turning into a most attractive business hub for travel and tourism.
