The Political strategy will mine out the most suitable communication message to reach out the maximum number of voters in a State/Nation/constituency. If the election is national, then the message should be appealing to the wider audience than the constituency based message.
Developing Voter Contact plan
The task team created a most effective voter contact plan to gain maximum number of favourable votes for the candidate.
The parameters/platforms considered are:
- Literature drop – on Doorstep
- Literature handouts – when people gather in a large group /meetings/procession etc
- Mailer – each category-from women to farmer’s different messages required
- Door-to-Door- the volunteer directly talk to the voters
- Visibility – Posters/Hoardings
- Call Center – voter and persuade them to support and vote for the candidate
- Endorsement – Newspaper/Community leaders/Film stars
- Coffees/Tea- chay ke ooper charcha
- Online/Web/Social Media
- Electronic Media- TV / Radio
